Finnország – Szoftvercsomag és információs rendszerek – VR Group: SAP SuccessFactors Subscription Licences

VR-Group Plc (hereinafter also referred to as "VR" or the "Contracting Entity") is conducting this procurement to establish a long-term agreement for the provision of SAP SuccessFactors cloud subscription services and related license management services. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the continued availability and development of VR's core Human Capital Management (HCM) platform following the expiry of the current agreement. The procurement covers SAP SuccessFactors cloud subscription licences, license management services and related supplier services as further specified in the procurement documents. The selected Supplier shall act as VR's authorized SAP SuccessFactors reseller and contractual partner for the subscription services. The procurement covers the subscription services required for VR Group's current and future use of SAP SuccessFactors. During the contract period, the Contracting Entity may procure additional subscription licences, user volumes, modules and other related services within the scope of the Agreement in accordance with its actual business needs. The subscription services procured under this procurement will support VR Group's HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, performance and goal management, learning, compensation, recruitment, onboarding and other HR functionalities currently used or introduced during the contract period. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in Annex 1 "Description of the Procurement". This procurement is carried out using an open procedure. The procurement is governed by the Finnish Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors (Act 1398/2016, as amended). Tenders must comply with all requirements set out in this Contract Notice, the Invitation to Tender and their annexes.
