Vsebina tekučega poziva je spremljanje strokovnih oddelkov pri pripravi in izvajanju migracije iz SAP HCM R/3 (ERP 8.0) v SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA in uvedbo SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central. V obeh fazah naj ponudnik podpre projektno upravljanje. To vključuje načrtovanje obeh projektnih faz, koordinacijo in operativno podporo strokovnjakov za plače pri pripravi in izvedbi migracije. Natančne cilje faz je podrobno opisano v seznamu del.
