Necessary services for subscribing to a Dommages Ouvrage and All-Risk Construction insurance policy as part of the CH de la Roche aux Fées reconstruction operation in Janzé (35). In order to implement a common and graduated public patient care strategy with the aim of ensuring equal access to secure and quality care, the participating establishments form a Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT). Pursuant to Decree No. 2016-524 of 27 April 2016 on groupements hospitaliers de territoire and Decree No. 2017-701 of 2 May 2017 on the modalities for implementing the activities, functions and missions mentioned in Article L. 6132-3 of the Public Health Code, within the groupements hospitaliers de territoire, a constitutive convention was signed on 30 June 2016. It designates the Centre Hospitalier universitaire de Rennes as the support establishment for the GHT « Haute-Bretagne ». This GHT is composed of the following establishments: - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER UNIVERSITAIRE DE RENNES, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE BROCELIANDE, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE FOUGERES, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER INTERCOMMUNAL REDON-CARENTOIR, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER SIMONE VEIL (VITRE), - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE LA GUERCHE DE BRETAGNE, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DES MARCHES DE BRETAGNE, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE LA ROCHE AUX FEES (JANZE), - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER GUILLAUME REGNIER. Only the following establishment is concerned by the present public contract: the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE LA ROCHE AUX FEES (JANZE). Thus, the CHU de Rennes is entrusted with the function of ensuring, on behalf of the participating establishment, the awarding of the public contract as well as certain missions related to the execution (decision to renew, conclusion of an amendment, decision to terminate). The specificities of the participating establishment are specified in the public contract documents. All other missions of the public contract execution phase fall under the responsibility of the participating establishment. The execution of the public contract covers its financial regime (the possible use of subcontracting, the management and issuance of orders placed under the public contracts, the verification of the service rendered, the payment, the payment of advances and down payments, the liquidation and the payment of invoices, ...).
