Opis

Purposive association of 12 municipalities of the former Thronecken district plans the energy renovation of the kindergarten Regenbogen in Thalfang. As part of the planned renovation, the kindergarten should be aligned with the Efficiency House 70 standard. This should be achieved, on the one hand, by improving the building envelope through insulation measures and, on the other hand, by renewing the heat generation/distribution/transfer. It is planned to bring the building envelope as a whole to the energy level of a new building through suitable insulation measures. This requires that all components adjacent to the outside air be improved in terms of their thermal transmittance coefficients beyond the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG). The following measures are planned for this purpose: - Insulation of the facade with 18cm insulation material in the thermal conductivity group 035, - Replacement of all windows with triple-glazed windows, - Insulation of the roof with a combination of intermediate and on-rafter insulation, - Insulation of the flat roof, - Room-side insulation of the floor slabs. The outer walls adjacent to the ground should also be significantly improved if possible, provided the cost-benefit factor is profitable. As part of the energy renovation, the plant technology should also be modernized. For this purpose, the existing heating system is to be completely converted to heat generation via a heat pump, which transfers the heat generated to the floor heating system. By means of ground probes, which supply the heat pump, renewable energy is to be used for heating in the future. This system is also intended to be used for cooling in the future. Furthermore, it is planned to completely renew the heat distribution and transfer. Thus, a modern and intelligently controlled floor heating system should ensure low heat consumption. In this context, the lower building closure, the floor slab, should also be energetically improved. Due to the installation of the floor heating, the screed must be removed, which offers the opportunity to use modern, well-insulated floor structures. In addition, the electricity requirement of the building is to be covered in the future to a large extent by a photovoltaic system. The measure is funded from public funds. A grant application (EFRE) has been submitted, which has already been approved with the consequence that the specifications of the concept for the energy calculation of the planned renovation, the EFRE grant call and the specifications of the grant notice must be implemented in planning and construction. The cost focus of the renovations is, in accordance with the specifications of the grant notice, with at least 70% on the building-related energy renovation measures, i.e. on facade insulation, roof/uppermost ceiling insulation, floor slab/basement ceiling/basement wall insulation, replacement of windows/external doors/ curtain wall facades (plus expenditure for summer heat protection possibly in the form of a combined solution via the windows), for necessary building automation, control and regulation as well as air conditioning systems. The specifications of the EFRE grant notice are binding and mandatory. For further details, reference is made to the enclosed performance description, which is part of the tender documents/contract documents.
