Danska – Gradbena dela – Nyt botilbud på Skallerne, Albertslund (genudbud)

Albertslund Kommune in Bo Vest, together with Albertslund Boligselskab, wishes to jointly develop and build a new housing offer for adults with developmental disabilities. The new housing offer will consist of up to 40 dwellings. The housing offer will be the new home for the citizens of the existing housing offers Herstedøster Sidevej and Humlehusene. The new housing offer will be built at Skallerne in Albertslund. The tender includes the general contracting for the implementation of AB Skallerne and is offered as a tender with negotiation, as the contract includes design. Arkitema has been involved as a consultant since 2024 in developing values, vision, program and sketch project as a basis for a future local plan for the area. Note that this is a retendering of a previously cancelled tender procedure.
