The items for assessing the competencies of children at the end of the kindergarten period (third quarter of the last kindergarten year) are designed as "Individual Learning Status Analysis at the Transition from Kindergarten to School (ILeA 0)" and are designed to be compatible with the existing observation tool for the "Individual Learning Status Analysis in the first 6 weeks after school entry (ILeA plus)". The aim is an integrated, structurally harmonized observation system that captures linguistic and mathematical development in a comparable and compatible structure.
