Institution's fixed electricity purchase for 2027: General-purpose electricity supply to the tenderer on an annual fixed unit price basis for the period from 00:00 on 1 January 2027 to 24:00 on 31 December 2027 in the amount of 590 408 kWh. The tenderer may deviate from the specified quantity by -/+ 30%. Detailed description of the characteristics of the consumption locations and the requirements are included in the technical data sheet, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as the contract draft. Total contracted quantity: 590 408 kWh, Optionally increased (maximum) contracted quantity: 767 534 kWh, Minimum quantity subject to take-or-pay obligation: 413 286 kWh, CPV code: Main CPV code: 09310000-5 - Electricity, Additional CPV code(s): - The reference to specific products in the procurement documents is made solely to clearly and generally define the nature of the subject matter, and tenders may be submitted for the prescribed products or those equivalent to them in terms of their technical parameters. The phrase "or equivalent" shall always be understood to be included with the reference. The detailed breakdown of the electricity to be procured by point of delivery (POD) and the other conditions are included in the procurement documents in the file “Ajanlati_artablazat_VE_2027_MMSZE_EKR.xlsx” in the worksheet "Műszaki adattábla" and the individual contract template. The tenderer, in accordance with the Statutes and Rules of Procedure of the Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat Egyesület, conducts the procurement procedure for all its organisational units designated as separate operational units pursuant to Section 16 (4) of the Kbt. (hereinafter in the procurement documents: Operational Unit) in relation to the total demand. The tenderer concludes the contract independently, on behalf of all Operational Units, with the winning tenderer, with the Operational Units being considered independent users and independent payers in accordance with the records in the contract draft.
