Value excluding VAT: 2 000 000.00 EUR

**II.1.5) Short description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement for the provision of transport services for patients and bodies. The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots:

**Lot 1:** Transport services for patients within hospitals (intra-hospital transport)

**Lot 2:** Transport services for patients between hospitals (inter-hospital transport)

**Lot 3:** Transport services for bodies

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.

No deposits or guarantees are required for this procurement.

**III.1.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions governing them:**

Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

**III.1.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:**

In the event that the contract is awarded to a group of economic operators, the group must take the form of a consortium.
