Frankrike – Övervakning av byggnadsarbete – Missions d'OPC-Commissionnement en vue des Travaux sur Equipements CVC du Bâtiment DUGOUJON, LYON 03

- Assistering under design phases: APS - APD - PRO,

- Assistering under the "construction" phases, partial acceptances and commissioning,

- Assistering under the guarantee of perfect completion and proper functioning phases, from the partial acceptances that the project management will define, and up to 2 years after the last partial acceptance of the works.

For these missions, the OPC and the Commissioning Agent will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders:

- The client,

- The project management,

- The technical controller,

- The safety and health protection coordinator,

- The contractors and their subcontractors,

- The operator and the users,

- The cleaning service providers,

- The various services of the Métropole de Lyon (removal, maintenance, energy, …).
