Norge – Installation av kylutrustning – Framework agreement trade services: Cooling service

Detta är en upphandling för ett ramavtal för handelstjänster och inköp av varor/material för kontrakterande myndighet inom kylservice.

The Contracting Authority will award a framework agreement for trade services and the procurement of goods/materials of work for the Contracting Authority within refrigeration services. The framework agreement will be awarded to one or more economic operators.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for a further 12 months. The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 1 000 000,00, excluding VAT.

The framework agreement will be divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Trade services

Lot 2: Procurement of goods/materials of work

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement to one or more economic operators for one or more lots.

The Contracting Authority will evaluate the tenders based on the following criteria:

1. Price (weighting 60%)

2. Quality (weighting 40%)

The Contracting Authority will award the framework agreement to the tenderer(s) offering the most economically advantageous tender(s).

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15/09/2023, 12:00 (CET).

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the procurement procedure at any time and to waive irregularities in the tenders.

The Contracting Authority will not be liable for any costs incurred by tenderers in connection with the preparation and submission of tenders.
