Irland – Byggnation av bostäder – Galway City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (Stage 1) for the development of lands at Castlegar, Co. Galway for the provision of mixed tenure housing.

Galway City Council bjuder in Expressions of Interest (stadium 1) för utveckling av mark vid Castlegar, Co. Galway för tillhandahållande av bostäder med blandad hyresform. Marken ligger norr om Galway City med N83 Tuam Rd till sydöst och School Road. Huvudtillgång till och från platsen sker via den befintliga N83 Tuam Road och ska vara i linje med den strategiska vägkorridoren N6 GCRR. Ingen större tillgång får ske till Castlegar Road /School Road. Ansökare som går vidare till stadium 1 kommer att bjudas in att anbud på stadium 2.
