Finland – Reparation och underhåll – HUSK Kameravalvontajärjestelmien asennus-, huolto- ja korjaustöiden hankinta

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy utlyser installation, maintenance and repair work for camera surveillance systems in hospitals and other sites within the HUS area. Such sites are located in the municipalities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepori, but there is also activity on a smaller scale in other locations. The installation, maintenance and repair work for camera surveillance systems is described in more detail in Annex 2 of the invitation to tender, Service description, and in Annexes 3-6. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area unless fewer acceptable tenders are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes an option for one (1) extension of two (2) years. For the contractors selected for the framework agreement, a mini-tender (project-specific contract) will always be arranged for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold, based on which the project-specific contractor will be selected. The prices given in the mini-tender must not exceed the prices agreed in the contract. However, the contractor may offer lower prices. For procurements below the national threshold (individual work orders), the purchaser may procure the required work package from the contractor deemed best and most suitable for the situation. The contractor's offered prices will then be used. The purchasing unit also has the right to mini-tender procurements below the threshold. The quantity of services to be procured during the contract period, as well as the sites to which the services are procured, may vary. The purchaser is not committed to specific procurement quantities. It is possible to procure other products, rental equipment and machinery, or special expertise related to the procurement object from the contract suppliers. The same principle as the prices given in the tender must be followed in the pricing of other products, rental equipment and machinery, or special expertise. HUS has approximately 1,300,000 m2 of hospital properties, including leased hospitals. Due to the large property mass, no property tours will be arranged for the sites. The sites will be familiarised with the supplier in connection with the order.
