Kontraktspartiet avser att inköpa en färdig, enpartit SAAS-lösning för leverans av ett digitalt bevarande system, inklusive implementering, licensiering, support och underhåll för ESB Archives. Lösningen ska skydda digitalt innehåll mot teknologisk föråldring och dataförfall, stödja automatiserade och policybaserade bevarandeåtgärder, och integreras med ESB:s befintliga Microsoft 365-miljö (inklusive SharePoint Online och Microsoft Purview retention labels) och det korporativa arkivkatalogiseringsystemet (Axiell).
