Specialist planning services for structural design according to Part 4, Section 1, HOAI. Basic services of the performance phases 1 to 6 and special services of the performance phases 1, 3, 4 and 8. The planning task is the comprehensive renovation of the listed Universitätsbibliothek Stadtmitte from 1961, a reinforced concrete skeleton building with ribbed ceilings and a glazed aluminium facade. This includes the comprehensive renovation of the technology and the energy-efficient and conservation-appropriate renovation of the building envelope, while retaining the structurally designed facade image. A reorganisation of the use with strengthening of the interior qualities, an improvement of the accessibility and the strengthening of the outdoor reference are desired. The specialist planning services to be commissioned relate to the comprehensive renovation of the existing building (approx. 7960 m² NUF). Costs for possible construction price and construction owner risks are not included. The construction is scheduled to be carried out from the fourth quarter of 2028 to the fourth quarter of 2032. The planning is carried out using the BIM method.
