Lot 1: Fault service and operation of sanitary facilities

Service 1 – Drainage service for wastewater facilities

24/7 fault service for the removal of blockages and faults in wastewater facilities at Düsseldorf Airport. The scope of services includes in particular the cleaning and unblocking of wastewater pipes, sanitary facilities, floor and rainwater drains, as well as the performance of necessary diagnostic and documentation measures.

Service 2 – Fault clearance, inspection and maintenance of WC facilities

24/7 fault service for all WC facilities including regular inspection rounds, clearance of faults and minor damages, replacement of sanitary components, as well as ensuring the operational readiness and functionality of the sanitary facilities.

Lot 2: Sanitary, wastewater and caretaker services on call

Service 3 – Framework call-off for sanitary, wastewater and minor maintenance

Carrying out maintenance, repair, conversion and minor repair work on sanitary and wastewater facilities, as well as providing additional caretaker services on call. This includes, among other things, repairs, leak detection, structural drying, equipment cleaning, signage work, property inspections and further technical services on the airport site.
