The European Commission, Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM), is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the supply and delivery of promotional clothing, including embroidery. The framework agreement will cover a period of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5,000,000 (exclusive of VAT).

The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots, as follows:

Lot 1: T-shirts and polo shirts

Lot 2: Sweatshirts and hoodies

Lot 3: Jackets and coats

The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators per lot. The framework agreement will be open to all EU Member States and EFTA countries.

The main objective of this procurement is to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of promotional clothing items, including embroidery, to meet the needs of the European Commission and its agencies. The framework agreement will allow for the procurement of a wide range of promotional clothing items, in various sizes, colours, and styles, to meet the diverse needs of the Commission and its agencies.

The framework agreement will also include the provision of embroidery services, which will be used to personalise the promotional clothing items with the European Commission's logo and other relevant branding.

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Communication, invites all interested economic operators to submit their tenders for this procurement. Tenders must be submitted electronically via the eTendering platform, following the instructions provided in the tender documentation.

The deadline for the receipt of tenders is 1 November 2023, 16:00 CET. Late tenders will not be accepted.
