Poskytování služeb Facilities Management, které budou zahrnovat jak plánované služby (prevence a údržba) a služby na vyžádání/reactivní služby v případě selhání systému/naléhavých požadavků (reakční údržba). Zadávací orgán rozdělil konkrétní současné požadavky do 6 (šest) klíčových pracovních prvků, které jsou:
• Prvek 1 - Služby související s nemovitostmi
• Prvek 2 - Čistící služby
• Prvek 3 - Služby Facilities Management a zdroje
• Prvek 4 - Zdroje a služby operativních pracovníků Facilities
• Prvek 5 - Komunální služby, Klimatické a udržitelnost
• Prvek 6 - Správa a poradenské služby v oblasti zdraví a bezpečnosti
