Genstanden for opgørelsen er udførelsen af byggeri for bestillende parter – Gmina Świętochłowice, Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. med hovedsæde i Katowice samt Chorzowsko-Świętochłowickiego Przedsiębiorstwa Wodociągów i Kanalizacji med hovedsæde i Chorzów i forbindelse med investeringsopgaven med navnet: Udvidelse af distriktsveje Katowickiej og Wojska Polskiego med opførelse af et integreret omstigningscenter "Mijanka" i Świętochłowice. Opgavens omfang omfatter udførelsen af byggeri, der udføres på grundlag af beslutning ZRiD 2/2022 af 3.10.2022 samt på grundlag af Byggetilladelse nr 28/22 af 15.03.2022. En detaljeret beskrivelse af opgavens genstand er indeholdt i Beskrivelse af Opgavens Genstand, der er vedlagt som vedhæftning nr 1 til SWZ, samt projektdokumentation, tekniske specifikationer for udførelse og modtagelse af byggeri samt opgaver for byggeri, der er vedlagt som vedhæftning nr 2 til SWZ.
