Beskrivelse

Genstand for opgørelsen er udførelse af byggearbejder på vegne af opgørelsestagerne – Gmina Świętochłowice, Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. med hovedsæde i Katowice, samt Chorzowsko-Świętochłowickiego Przedsiębiorstwa Wodociągów i Kanalizacji med hovedsæde i Chorzów, som en del af investeringsopgave med navnet: Udvidelse af landeveje Katowickiej og Wojska Polskiego med opførelse af et integreret omstigningscenter "Mijanka" i Świętochłowice. Opgørelsens genstand omfatter udførelse af byggearbejder, der udføres på grundlag af beslutningen ZRiD 2/2022 fra 3.10.2022, samt på grundlag af Byggetilladelse nr 28/22 fra 15.03.2022. En detaljeret beskrivelse af opgørelsens genstand findes i Beskrivelse af Opgørelsens Genstand, der er vedlagt som vedhæftning nr 1 til SWZ, samt i projektdokumentation, tekniske specifikationer for udførelse og modtagelse af byggearbejder, samt i opgørelsens arbejdsemner, der er vedlagt som vedhæftning nr 2 til SWZ.
