Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa jednorazowego sprzętu do przeszczepu rogówki i kanaloplastyki zwanego dalej towarem, spełniającego opis i parametry graniczne oraz zgodnego z asortymentem i ilościami określonymi w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, zgodnie z Formularzem Oferty, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.

Object of the contract is the supply of single-use equipment for corneal transplantation and canaloplasty, hereinafter referred to as the product, meeting the description and limit parameters and being in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the assortment-price form, which is annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form, which is annex 1 to the SWZ.

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Lieferung von Einmalausrüstung für die Hornhauttransplantation und Kanaloplastik, im Folgenden als Produkt bezeichnet, die die Beschreibung und die Grenzparameter erfüllt und mit dem Sortiment und den in der Sortimentspreisform, die Anhang 2 zu SWZ ist, angegebenen Mengen übereinstimmt, gemäß dem Angebotsformular, das Anhang 1 zu SWZ ist.
