Norwegen – Patent- und Urheberrechtsberatung – Services for handling Innovation Norway's brand portfolio.

Innovation Norway wants to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for handling our brand portfolio. Innovation Norway has currently registered/is processing 146 brands across large parts of the world, cf. Annex 3 (IN's brand portfolio). The services will mainly relate to consultancy and practical assistance in connection with the management of Innovasjon Norge's brand portfolio. The need for assistance will particularly be connected to the application process itself in different countries and questions arising from registrations and counter-compliance (e.g. replying to and delivering objections/protests and handling registration barriers). Furthermore, there may be a need for strategic consultancy related to trademark strategy. Innovation Norway would also like access to a digital system where the company always has access to an overview of applications, registrations, due dates, etc.
