Norwegen – Event-Organisation – Procurement of a framework agreement for event agency services.

Kartverket would like to enter into a framework agreement with a professional tenderer for assistance with planning, production and implementation of events. Kartverket carries out various types of events and needs a flexible cooperation partner who can assist with both individual events and several events over time. The aim of the procurement is to establish a long-term cooperation with a tenderer who can contribute strategic, creative and practical competence and who can take overall responsibility for project management, consultancy, production and execution within the agreed frameworks. Kartverket would like a tenderer who: * understand Kartverket ́s social mission and target groups * can convert professional and complex themes to good events * can challenge and further develop The Norwegian Mapping Authority's ideas * work structured and system orientated * have good implementation ability and project management. * can scale the delivery according to the event ́s size and need * Can handle both strategic, creative and practical assignments. Kartverket shall be the professional and content owner of the events. Tenderers shall be an advisory cooperation partner and shall be responsible for the agreed assignments within planning, coordination, production and execution. Estimated value of the contract: NOK 13,000,000 Maximum value: 20,000,000 The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority, as the need for event services will vary in the period.
