Rumänien – Flockungsmittel – AGENTI DE FLOCULARE (POLIELECTROLIT)

Acquisition of flocculating agents to ensure optimal conditions for the operation of the compartments involved in the treatment of wastewater – processing by thickening/dehydration of the sludge resulting from the treatment of wastewater. In the wastewater treatment plants, the wastewater is subjected to several stages of mechanical, biological or chemical removal of suspensions, sand, toxic pollutants, fats, and then separated by decantation from the resulting sludge. Excess sludge must be removed for the biochemical processes to be controlled efficiently, the removal being done by stabilization and processing by thickening/dehydration. The thickening/dehydration processing of the treatment sludge is carried out by the addition of flocculating agents - polyelectrolytes that promote concentration and dehydration processes, acting on the solid particles in the sludge, by neutralizing the electrical charge of these and by forming flocs with improved dehydration properties. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested: 17 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Questions will be posted in SEAP in the section "Clarification Requests/Questions" Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to the clarification requests submitted in accordance with the deadline set in the invitation to participate: on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set.
