Irland – Computerunterstützung – ICT services for the Operation and Maintenance of the Waters of LIFE Web Portal and Smart Phone Application

The project uses a bespoke smart phone app and web portal to capture, manage and report data related to implementation of the programme. The system consists of a centralized Go-based backend, a Web-based management dashboard, and a Flutter mobile application optimized for field use and offline data collection. The Waters of LIFE is seeking tenders for the operation and maintenance of the system for the remaining duration of the project
