Tønsberg municipality would like to receive tenders from tenderers in places, primarily for young adults in arenas who offer vocational education with the intention of getting more people to work. In this context, young adults are referred to as persons aged 16-30 years, living in Tønsberg municipality, who are outside work and school/education.
