Sorø Spildevand A/S will separate wastewater from rainwater in Ruds Vedby. In this context, a new pipeline system with associated rainwater basins will be established, while the operation of the existing system can be maintained. The current tender includes material supply for approximately 13 km of rain and wastewater pipelines. The entire project is expected to be carried out over 7 possible phases with a 4-year horizon to ensure optimal traffic management from the local area and to minimize inconvenience for residents in Ruds Vedby. However, the client has the option, according to the framework agreement, to terminate this and thus end the cooperation with the Contractor before the start of a new phase, i.e. before the start of each of the phases 1-7. The supplier must have good internal capacity and material capacity, so that any shifts in the schedule can be absorbed, and so that the delivery schedule for the tendered areas can be met. It is noted that the task is tendered as a framework agreement with a supplier, which is why the winning bidder is not guaranteed a minimum purchase in relation to the orderer.
