Island – Bauarbeiten – Nursing home in Vetrarmyri in Gardabaer

The Municipality of Garðabær invites applications from interested parties to participate in a restricted procedure for the design, construction and leasing of premises for a nursing home and service centre for the elderly in Vetrarmyri, Garðabær. The contracting authority is seeking parties to design and construct the premises and lease them to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Housing and the Municipality of Garðabær. The proposed building is expected to be approximately 8,000 m² and to accommodate around 100 nursing care places.
