Norwegen – Datenverarbeitungsdienste – Framework agreement for consultancy services within ICT

The objective of the procurement is to establish up to three parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for up to three sub-contracts in the ICT and analysis field (up to three framework agreements per sub-contract). The framework agreements shall supplement and complement the contracting authority ́s need for consultancy services where internal staffing and competence require external assistance. The tenderers shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for consultancy services in daily operations and future development assignments in the entity. The framework agreements are non-exclusive and do not involve any purchasing obligation.
