Norwegen – Schlösser, Schlüssel und Scharniere – Competition on - Framework agreement for locks and fittings works with the accompanying material.

Stavanger municipality, Sandnes municipality and Sola municipalities, hereafter also called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the provision of complete services with material within locks and fittings, as well as other goods and services that naturally fall under the locksmith business. The contracting authority is not a legal entity. The municipalities use joint tender documentation, but will enter into separate contracts with the winning contractor and shall be considered as three separate contracting authorities with different delivery and invoicing addresses. Stavanger municipality has the secretariat function for this competition and will see to all contact with suppliers on behalf of the municipalities until a contract is signed.
