Norwegen – Personaleinstellung – Temporary staff services mercantile personnel

Fredrikstad municipality and Hvaler municipality invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for temporary staff services for mercantile personnel. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the Contracting Authority access to qualified temporary staff when the need cannot be met through our own resources. The framework agreement shall contribute to stable operation and continuity in the event of absence due to, among other things, illness, staff holidays and other planned or unforeseen absences.
