Frankreich – Event-Organisation – SOUTIEN A L'ORGANISATION D'EVENEMENTS POUR LE GEIE GECOTTI-PE (2)

The aim of this tender is to procure the necessary services to support three secretariats organising their events. Services to be provided might include designing and organising onsite, hybrid and online events (conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, high-level meetings, round table discussions, working group meetings, presentations, etc) and producing exhibition stands of various sizes and levels, as well as webinars, virtual conferences, virtual meetings online workshops or any other type of online meetings. The EEIG – GECOTTI-PE requires from the Contractor to provide assistance and all services related to specific events’ organisation, management and follow-up. The type of services requested by the Contracting Authority range from the partial management of certain aspects of events to the full organisation and follow-up of a given event. Events will be mainly organised in all EU Member States, Norway, Switzerland and EU candidate countries.
