Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření komplexní smlouvy, na jejímž základě bude vybraný dodavatel povinen dodat ucelený soubor vozidel typu BEMU určený pro segment regionální osobní drážní dopravy s minimálním počtem míst k sezení alespoň 121. Zadavatel s ohledem na aktuální podmínky Nabídkového řízení předpokládá dodávku celkem až 23 vozidel BEMU určených pro plnění závazků veřejných služeb dle podmínek Nabídkového řízení. Celkový počet požadovaných vozidel může být předmětem dalšího jednání v návaznosti na vývoj Nabídkového řízení. Přesné a/nebo další požadavky na vozidla vč. upřesnění konečného a závazného počtu vozidel mohou být upřesněny v průběhu jednání v nabídkové fázi Zadávacího řízení. Více viz ZD.

The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a comprehensive contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to supply a complete set of vehicles of the BEMU type intended for the segment of regional passenger rail transport with a minimum number of seats of at least 121. The Contracting Authority, in view of the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, expects a total of up to 23 BEMU vehicles to be delivered for the fulfilment of public service obligations according to the conditions of the Tender Procedure. The total number of vehicles required may be the subject of further negotiation in connection with the development of the Tender Procedure. Exact and/or further requirements for the vehicles, including the specification of the final and binding number of vehicles, may be specified during the negotiation phase of the Tender Procedure.
