Norwegen – Immobiliendienste – Valuation and valuation

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year for the procurement of valuation and valuation services with one tenderer. The objective of the procurement is valuation, valuation appraisal and consultancy related to the management of properties. Valuation in connection with the procurement/sale and any assessments in connection with market regulations of basic hire is to be included. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in the annexes to the tender documentation.
