Polen – Elektrizität, Heizung, Sonnen- und Kernenergie – Zakup energii cieplnej

Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest komplexowe dostarczanie ciepła (dostawa i przesył/dystrybucja energii cieplnej) do kompleksu budynków Prokuratury Krajowej umiejscowionego w Warszawie (02-676), ul. Postępu 3, za pomocą sieci ciepłowniczej w ilości wynikającej z mocy cieplnej zamówionej i planowanego zużycia energii cieplnej przez okres 36 miesięcy począwszy od dnia 1 grudnia 2026 r. (tj. po wygaśnięciu aktualnie obowiązującej w tym zakresie umowy) lub do wcześniejszego wyczerpania ilości zamówionej energii cieplnej, w zależności od tego, co nastąpi pierwsze.

The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of heat (delivery and transmission/distribution of thermal energy) to the building complex of the Prokuratura Krajowa located in Warsaw (02-676), ul. Postępu 3, via the district heating network in the quantity resulting from the ordered thermal power and the planned consumption of thermal energy for a period of 36 months starting from 1 December 2026 (i.e. after the expiry of the currently valid contract in this respect) or until the earlier exhaustion of the ordered quantity of thermal energy, depending on which occurs first.
