Norwegen – IT-Dienste: Beratung, Software-Entwicklung, Internet und Hilfestellung – ICT consultancy services

The framework agreement shall cover Oslo municipality and associated entities ́needs for ICT consultancy services. The objective of the joint procurement agreement is to cover Oslo municipality ́s need for ICT consultancy services in cases where Oslo municipality, due to resource or professional reasons, cannot cover the need for competence of permanent personnel. All entities in Oslo municipality will be able to use this agreement. The cooperative purchasing agreement is divided into five different sub-contracts. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three to eight tenderers for further details, see point 2.1 of the tender documentation.
