Norwegen – Beschaffungsberatung – Framework agreement for procurement assistance

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer who has the procurement capacity and competence that is relevant for SPK's procurement profile. The contract shall primarily ensure SPK effective access to assistance with the execution of procurements. In addition the contract shall ensure SPK access to legal assistance within public procurements as needed. In periods there can be more general procurement assistance connected to related services. For example, in periods with a need for specific procurement related competence. The contract includes the following service areas: Operative procurement assistance, Legal assistance, other procurement related services, Total financial scope for the entire framework agreement period of four years, is estimated to be between NOK 3 million and NOK 6 million. Excluding VAT. The framework agreement ́s upper framework is NOK 6 million. Excluding VAT.
