Norwegen – Beratung im Tief- und Hochbau – Framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services Construction Engineering

The objective of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers in order to cover the Grenland municipalities ́ need for consultancy services within building engineering: • Consultant engineer construction technique (RIB) • Consultant engineer for building physics (RIBfy) The tenderer shall contribute to developing projects within given quality, time and financial Frames. Emphasis shall be put on the environment and climate, universal design and quality in the projects. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the owner's, managed, operated, tenant's, user and public authorities ́ interests are safeguarded in the best possible way in the building process.
