Dänemark – Versicherungen – Energinet - General and Product Liability Insurance

The insurance procurement covers General and Product Liability for Energinet.The total programme limit is DKK 1,000,000,000 and consists of 7 lots.The Excess Policies must follow the format described in the attached mandatory Master Wording and the enclosed Excess Policies.Energinet reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations.Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed.There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.
