Norwegen – Bereitstellung von Software – Procurement of a SaaS system: A map and management system for geodata.

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Planning and Building Works (PBE) has been delegated the assignments for management of a technical base map, plan register, property register/land register and property surveying. The aim is to procure modern management systems for this data. The management system shall replace the current desktop based, locally operated systems and shall ensure that PBE has an administration system such as: * supports PBE ́s statutory assignments in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, the Land Register Act and the Map and Plan Regulations.  * Supports efficient and user-friendly work processes, reducing manual work and the risk of errors. * ensure efficient and reliable data flow between the different parts of the map and geodata management.  * is cloud based and operated by the Supplier (SaaS), with data storage at the Tenderer. * fulfils the municipality's and PBE's requirements for information security and privacy. * provides predictable management, further development and supplier follow-up throughout the entire contract period.
