Norwegen – Reparatur und Wartung von Einrichtungen in Gebäuden – Plumbing

The framework agreement will apply for plumbing work including materials for mainly internal maintenance and minor renewal and alteration projects on the university ́s buildings and sites. The main objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the buildings are properly managed and maintained. The contract shall cover OsloMet ́s ongoing need for plumbing services. For major alterations that are defined as separate projects, OsloMet reserves the right to include plumbing work in the building contract.
