Norwegen – Hauswartungsdienste – Janitorial

The Norwegian Parliament requires general janitor services for commuter residences. The service shall include both internal and external janitor assignments, as well as other ongoing needs that cannot be handled by internal resources. The agreement shall cover simple repairs and maintenance work, including minor joinery and carpentry assignments, collection and bringing assignments, cleaning garages, assistance with moving in and moving out, inspections and locking in/locking out tradesmen, replacement of white goods, simple snow shovelling, gritting and mechanical snow clearing in parking lots. There will be increased activity around the Storting election in 2029. Increased activity will be in connection with moving in and moving out as well as replacing houses. The contract shall also include janitorial services in the Norwegian Parliament ́s buildings. The Property Management Section needs increased capacity to handle minor building operation assignments that do not come under specialised disciplines such as HVAC, electro and construction. Tenderers shall contribute in connection with absence and illness, carry out minor maintenance assignments, carry out garage washing etc.
