Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka nového řešení systému PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) pro Nemocnici Znojmo a rozšíření o nové komponenty a dodávka potřebného HW vybavení pro provoz celého řešení. Toto řešení zajistí distribuci a řízený zabezpečený přístup k obrazové zdravotnické dokumentaci odkudkoliv z internetu a sdílení obrazových dat jak v rámci nemocnice, tak i s externími pracovníky a dalšími odbornými pracovišti v čase potřebném pro poskytnutí kvalitní zdravotní péče. Součástí předmětu plnění je i dodávka nezbytné HW infrastruktury, systémového SW a pracovní stanice pro provoz informačního systému. Dále je součástí předmětu plnění rovněž i poskytování služeb podpory. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace. Příloha č. 4 zadávací dokumentace (obsahující specifické údaje vybraných oddělení) obsahuje důvěrné informace. Zadavatel poskytne příslušnou část zadávací dokumentace dodavatelům v souladu s ust. § 36 odst. 8 ZZVZ ve spojení s § 96 odst. 2 ZZVZ pouze na základě žádosti a oproti předložení podepsané dohody o ochraně důvěrných informací (dále jen „NDA“). Závazný vzor NDA, tvořící přílohu č. 5, je uveřejněn současně se zadávací dokumentací na profilu zadavatele k volnému stažení.

The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a new PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution for Nemocnice Znojmo and its expansion with new components and the delivery of the necessary HW equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will ensure the distribution and controlled secure access to medical imaging documentation from anywhere on the internet and the sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external workers and other specialist facilities in the time needed to provide quality healthcare. The subject of the fulfilment also includes the delivery of the necessary HW infrastructure, system software and workstations for the operation of the information system. Furthermore, the provision of support services is also part of the subject of the fulfilment. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the bid, is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to the contractors in accordance with Section 36(8) of the ZZVZ in conjunction with Section 96(2) of the ZZVZ only upon request and against the submission of a signed confidentiality agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "NDA").
