**Technical Specifications**

- **Type of maintenance**: preventive and corrective

- **Equipment to be maintained**: fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire hoses, fire doors, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, fire safety signs, fire blankets, and any other fire safety equipment specified in the contract.

- **Maintenance frequency**: as specified in the contract and in accordance with the relevant national and EU standards, such as EN 3-7:1995, EN 671-1:2006, and EN 54-2:2006.

- **Maintenance tasks**: inspection, testing, servicing, and repair of equipment.

- **Maintenance personnel**: qualified and certified technicians with relevant experience in fire safety equipment maintenance.

- **Maintenance records**: detailed records of all maintenance activities, including dates, findings, actions taken, and any recommendations for further action.

**Contract duration**: 3 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years, as specified in the contract.
