Bergen municipality shall procure temporary residential offers with 24 hour staff, with environment therapeutic and social care follow-up, for persons who are residency free, where the target group is persons with drug and alcohol dependency with ongoing use of drugs, possibly in combination with somatic and/or mental disorders.
