Norwegen – Bankdienstleistungen – Procurement of a framework agreement for payment and account management services for the Government.

DFØ is planning to enter into framework agreements for payment and account management services with two banks, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tender offers. The contracts shall cover the needs of government entities connected to the government ́s group account scheme, as well as the tax payment scheme. The procurement includes, among other things, account management in Norwegian kroner, in and payment services, internet bank services, currency exchange for payment services as well as some service areas that shall be regulated through special additional agreements. The framework agreements will be valid for three years, with an option for an extension for up to two years (1+1 year).
