Norwegen – Dienstleistungen im Grafik-Design – Joint Agreement Visual Communication Major Concepts

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who shall assist the joint ministries with services within visual communication and entire processes from concept development to the execution of major assignments. The agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for services that include i.a. information and information campaigns to the general public. The need for services that shall be covered by the framework agreement will vary, complexity and duration and can include both advice, concept development, design, production, publication, operation and evaluation. The chosen tenderer shall have competence and sufficient capacity to provide services in all the service areas described in annex 1 of the contract. The chosen tenderer shall be able to handle assignments within visual communication and major concepts to several entities simultaneously, i.e. providing services to several entities in the joint ministries at the same time.
