Norwegen – Dienstleistungen von Inkassoagenturen – Framework agreement for receivable services for Trondheim municipality

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to submit tenders for collection services. The main aim of the framework agreement is to secure a contract with a professional actor who safeguards the municipality ́s customer group in a good and gentle way, in accordance with Trondheim municipality ́s own values. The aim of the new contract is to collect the entire collection portfolio for the municipality at one tenderer. Tenderers shall have the necessary capacity, competence and clear routine descriptions to safeguard all of Trondheim municipality's recovery areas, including, among other things, municipal property fees, municipal rent and other arrears, parking, starting loans, social loans, UMS and too much paid wages.
