Norwegen – Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen – Framework agreement: Consultants and consulting engineers for national tourist roads.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration c/o National Tourist Roads (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into a framework agreement with architects (ARK), landscape architects (LARK) and consultant engineers for construction (RIB) for designing tourist road projects in the period 2027-2030. The agreement includes new viewpoints and picnic places and upgrading and renewal of existing points. The framework agreement is divided into three sub-contracts divided in accordance with disciplines: * Sub-contract 1: Architects (ARK) * Sub-contract 2: Landscape architects (LARK) * Sub-contract 3: Consultant engineer for construction (RIB) Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more sub-contract(s). Each individual sub-contract will be evaluated separately, based on the award criteria stated in kgv (the competition implementation tool). A contract will be signed with up to 4 tenderers for sub-contract 1 (ARK) and sub-contract 2 (LARK) and up to 3 tenderers for sub-contract 3 (RIB).
