Belgien – Dienstleistungen von Kantinen – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark tender for canteen services and meeting catering at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union (contracting entity) wants to enter into a contract regarding delivery of canteen services and meeting catering. Canteen services concerns delivery of daily food and beverage services for employees and authorised users of the contracting entity's location. Meeting catering include delivery of food and beverage services in support of meetings, workshops, conferences, receptions and internal gatherings. Furthermore, the supplier shall deliver a fruit arrangement and deliver coffee, tea etc. to the contracting entity's coffee stations. The contracting entity operates within a dynamic international environment and serves as Denmark's official diplomatic mission to the European Union. In addition to supporting the daily activities of employees and visitors, the contracting entity regularly hosts official meetings, working lunches, receptions, cultural events and diplomatic engagements involving national and international stakeholders. Hospitality services therefore play an important role in supporting both the operational functioning and the external representation of the contracting entity. The contracting entity seeks a supplier capable of delivering consistently high standards of hospitality while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, flexibility and an understanding of the specific requirements associated with a diplomatic environment. The contracting entity wants to maintain a price level comparable to that of other private and public canteens. The contracting entity will therefore cover wage costs associated with operating the canteen and thereby ensuring advantageous prices in the canteen. See Annex 5 (Supplier’s charges).
