Norwegen – Bauarbeiten – Procurement - Fire station, 2026

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new fire station at Lerstadveien 525 in Ålesund (previously Bertel O. Steen). The project partly includes new buildings and partly renovation and reuse of the existing buildings. A new exit for emergency response vehicle shall be established. The turnkey contract will include several disciplines. The contract is planned for autumn 2026, provided that the contract is awarded and it is signed, cf. Part 0, point 2.1.3. The construction start is planned for week 1 2027, with completion in week 45 2027.
